If your stomach can’t take to much hot spices of ground peppers, then you’ll need a lot of Maalox. In almost every dish served there is some kind of pepper, whether it’s red or yellow peppers. It could be served on a potato, or in a tortilla. Peru is a place of adventure from its desert like areas to the top of the Andes Mountains. You can tour the city and see ancient Spanish ruins, or climb to the top of Machu Picchu, it’s all your choice.
